Greetings Troop 46 Scouts, Parents, and Leaders,

July 2025 Camping - Hunting Island State Park

I hope everyone is all rested up from Summer Camp and are ready for our next trip!
We'll be travelling to Hunting Island State Park in South Carolina for a beach camping adventure.

Itinerary
Departure
We'll meet at Matthews Presbyterian Church on July 18, 2025, at 5:30 pm, pack up and try to depart by 6:00 pm.
It's a little longer drive than normal, so if we can get out a little early, that will help.
We'll be camping in the Rustic Tent Sites 14, 15, and 16

Return
We'll pack and depart Hunting Island approximately 8:30 am on July 20, 2025.
This should get us back to the church by about 12:30 pm.

Signup Deadline: 7:00 pm on July 15, 2025 (the meeting prior to the trip)
Cost: $52.00 ($37.00 for the campsites and $15.00 for the food budget)

Important items to pack:
1. Sunscreen
2. Hat
3. Sunglasses
4. Bug spray
5. Bathing suit
6. Towel (will be used at the beach)
