The Cosmic Night event runs from 7:00 – 10:00 pm and is $25.00 per “jumper”. I don’t think there’s a fee for chaperones.
I think we can do better handling our own snacks/food at the church rather than getting the food at Big Air. What are your thoughts?
As far as the cost goes, if we go with $30 per attendee, that will give us $5 per head for a food/snack budget. Of course, if we go with $35 per attendee, that gives us $10 per head for food/snacks. We could easily get some CiCi’s pizza and snacks and drinks and such.
What does everybody think?
